I. The Consultation

It begins with a private appointment in our Calgary studio or virtually. We listen carefully, ask the right questions, and get a clear sense of what you are looking for.

II. The Proposal

We develop a design direction tailored to your taste and occasion. You’ll see the concept and pricing before deciding whether to proceed.

III. The Selection

Together we choose the stones, metals, and details that will bring your piece to life. 

IV. The Design Review

We prepare a CAD design so you can see your piece before it is made. You can request changes, and a wax model is available if you would like to see the design in person. Crafting begins only after you approve the final design.

V. The Craft

Your piece is made by our trusted goldsmiths. We oversee the details and keep you informed as it progresses.

VI. The Reveal

After a final quality check, your piece is ready to collect from our studio or be shipped to you. We provide care guidance and an appraisal, and welcome you back for complimentary cleaning and inspections by appointment. Our relationship continues long after the reveal.
